Customs Regulations

Apple Bitcoins warehouses are based in UK, Taiwan, UAE and ITALY. Customs regulations vary widely between countries and regions.

Note: Customs offices in some countries and regions require the importer of record (IOR) or “Customer” to provide a particular form of identification (ID) before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an ID number (such as national ID), photograph of ID, or other document.

Exchange and Returns

Any product that you are not 100% satisfied with can be exchanged, provided the item is in brand new condition and not damaged in any way.

In order to do so, please contact us within a thirty (30) day period after you have received your product. We will then provide you with a return address for you to ship your product to.

If the new item(s) is/are of a different price, then we will provide you with a refund or an easy way to pay the difference.

Please note that we do not cover the price of the return shipment. We will, however, send your new product(s) for free.

REFUNDS

At Apple Bitcoin Store we believe that our customers are more than just numbers. We stand by our products and we want you to love them as much as we do. This means that if you are not satisfied with your product, then neither are we.

We welcome anyone who’s unhappy with his or her purchase to return them for a refund. In order to do so, please contact us within a thirty (30) day period after you have received your order. We will then provide you with a return address.

In order for your product to qualify for a full refund, it must be in its original package, in brand new condition and undamaged. Once we have received your order we will inspect it before authorizing any possible refunds.

Please note that we do not cover the price of the return shipment.

REPLACEMENTS

All of our products undergo rigorous quality testing before they are shipped out. We do, however, offer an easy replacement policy in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty product.

Simply contact us with pictures and information about the damage(s). Once we have received the required information, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

We believe in a flat, fair shipping rate for all of our customers. This is why we have decided to ship all of our products free of cost to anyone worldwide.

All of our orders are confirmed upon purchase (you will receive an e-mail with your order details) and are fully insured before they are shipped out.

Please note that you will not receive your unique tracking number in the initial order confirmation mail. The number will be provided to you once the order has been fully processed and shipped.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS

All orders are processed within 1 business day. We always aim to deliver your shipment to you as fast as humanly possible. In the unlikely event of any delays, we will inform you personally.

Once an order has been processed and shipped it can no longer be altered or canceled. All orders will be delivered directly to your home or PO box. You will be able to track the status of your order with your unique tracking number at our tracking page.
